Your Role:

• Servicing and general maintenance of air source heat pumps including some Installations where required.
• Completing property survey’s on existing systems.
• Undertake general central heating system repairs associated
• Provide solutions and reporting
• Fault Finding analysis, and refer works
• Installation and upgrading work to respective heating HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Document works using your PDA
• Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
• Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
• Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules around your working day

What We Would Like from You.

• Air Source Heat Pump experience or HVAC and Heating experience including installations and servicing
• A full UK driving license
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
• Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
• Ability to manage your time and workload independently
• Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
• G3 (but will be taught)

What is Desirable but not essential.

• ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
• Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F-Gas) are desirable
