Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Groundworker to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering essential works across social housing properties.

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Groundworker

• Carrying out general groundworks across social housing properties
• Brickwork, concreting, and tarmacking
• Venting and external repair works
• Working across multiple sites as a mobile/ transient worker
• Using a PDA/ mobile device to manage jobs and schedules
• Completing works in line with schedule of rates
• Liasing with customers, Site Supervisors and colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

What You’ll Need as our Groundworker

• Time served experience ground working
• Proven ability to carry out a range of construction and groundwork tasks
• Experience working within social housing (Desirable)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Comfortable using a PDA Mobile device for job management
• Full UK driving license
