We’re looking for a Renewables Assistant Document Controller to join our Energy Transition team. This is a key support role, helping ensure our renewable projects run smoothly through accurate administration, document control and compliance support.

Your Role as Our Renewables Assistant Document Controller:

  • Provide administrative and document control support across renewable energy projects
  • Upload, manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
  • Ensure project documents are accurate, complete and audit-ready
  • Support lodgements, audits and compliance checks by coordinating required paperwork
  • Record data accurately to support reporting and project visibility
  • Answer email queries from operational teams and clients
  • Work closely with operational, compliance and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple projects at the same time
  • Carry out general office administration, including scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Identify missing or incorrect information and take action to resolve issues quickly

What We Need from You:

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, task-driven environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive, organised and reliable approach to work
  • Ability to follow defined processes while remaining adaptable
  • Basic awareness of renewable works or compliance frameworks (desirable)
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
