Commercial Lead Administrator

Your Role

  • Lead scheduling and prioritisation of backfill and reinstatement works
  • Reschedule jobs and keep programmes on track
  • Support contract and commercial requirements across jobs
  • Handle calls and coordinate work schedules
  • Validate job information for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage customer and client relationships
  • Ensure all system updates and regulatory information are logged in real time
  • Support operational delivery, resolving issues to maintain service levels
  • Work closely with engineers and supervisors to meet timescales

What We’re Looking For

  • Good level of education or relevant experience
  • Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or coordination
  • Confident using computer systems and databases
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Able to adapt to change and manage workloads effectively
  • Motivated to develop commercial and technical knowledge
